Radek Ciesielski is the CEO of RAD Consulting, LLC. He is a retired Air Force Veteran, speaker and entrepreneur. He and his team specialize in working with small business owners to help create a winning culture, acquire necessary talent, scale business operations, and fine-tune current sales strategies and funnels for a variety of products and services.
Radek has been mentored and coached by many CEOs and senior military leaders, giving him an excellent perspective and the essential expertise to help you!

In his last project, as California’s Air National Guard Talent Acquisition Director, he supervised and led the execution of an $18M+ budget, and a 50-person sales team spread across nine locations throughout the state, responsible for direct placement and targeted recruitment of 2,200 employees.
Radek has lived in Poland, Italy, and several municipalities throughout the United States to include Silicon Valley and National Capital Region.
